1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bosjudi ("bosjudi", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bosjudi website located at bosjudi.one and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

1.3 bosjudi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where practicable, bosjudi will notify registered Players of material changes via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use the bosjudi Platform. bosjudi takes age verification seriously and applies KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in accordance with applicable international gaming authority requirements. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether access to and use of the bosjudi Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bosjudi does not accept registrations from Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.4 Not an Employee. Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and agents of bosjudi and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are prohibited from registering or participating as Players on the Platform.

2.5 bosjudi reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts pending such verification.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active bosjudi account. Opening, maintaining, or using more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. bosjudi will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and all other account credentials. You must notify bosjudi immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bosjudi shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). bosjudi may at any time, and is required to at certain thresholds, request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bosjudi may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals.

3.5 Account Activity. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bosjudi reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or to close dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, with notice provided where required.

4. Deposits

4.1 bosjudi accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, among others. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change and is displayed within the Platform at the time of deposit.

4.2 All funds deposited into your bosjudi account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor may another person deposit funds on your behalf.

4.3 bosjudi does not accept deposits originating from credit facilities where doing so is restricted under applicable law. You represent that all deposited funds are from legitimate sources and that you are not using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal proceeds of unlawful activity.

4.4 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where bosjudi determines otherwise at its discretion or where required by applicable law.

5.2 Prior to processing any withdrawal, bosjudi may require you to complete identity and payment method verification in accordance with KYC requirements. bosjudi reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification documentation has been received and approved.

5.3 Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.

5.4 bosjudi aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any applicable verification requirements. bosjudi shall not be liable for delays outside its reasonable control.

5.5 bosjudi reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reverse withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending regulatory investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 bosjudi may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible Players. The specific terms applicable to each Bonus — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum Bonus amounts, and expiry periods — will be specified in the relevant promotion page at the time the Bonus is offered.

6.2 Bonuses are available to one (1) account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim Bonuses in excess of this entitlement, including through the use of multiple accounts, VPN services, or third-party payment methods, will constitute misuse and may result in forfeiture of Bonus funds and account suspension.

6.3 bosjudi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. bosjudi further reserves the right to reclaim Bonus funds from a Player's account if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the Bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the applicable promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 All games available on the bosjudi Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of any inconsistency between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

7.2 bosjudi uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology and licensed live dealer services for all applicable games. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are audited by independent third parties and reflect theoretical long-term averages.

7.3 In the event of a technical failure, game error, or disconnection during an active game session, bosjudi's system will attempt to resolve the session based on available data. Where a definitive result cannot be established, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account at bosjudi's discretion. bosjudi's decision in such matters is final.

7.4 Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner when using the Platform, including when interacting with live dealer staff via chat interfaces. bosjudi reserves the right to restrict access to any Player who engages in abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bosjudi Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21;
• Opening or maintaining more than one account;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information to bosjudi;
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering or financial crime;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic or IP-based restrictions;
• Registering using another person's identity, payment credentials, or personal details;
• Any conduct that constitutes cheating, fraud, or misrepresentation under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bosjudi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.

9.2 bosjudi's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bosjudi account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 bosjudi does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate safeguards on your own device.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bosjudi's liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by Player. You may close your bosjudi account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

10.2 Termination by bosjudi. bosjudi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct; (c) account inactivity; (d) regulatory requirement; or (e) any other reason at bosjudi's reasonable discretion.

10.3 Upon termination by bosjudi for breach of these Terms, bosjudi reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach, legitimate real-money balances will be returned subject to applicable verification procedures.

11. Privacy and Data

11.1 bosjudi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 bosjudi may be required to disclose Player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other governmental bodies as required by applicable law. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with bosjudi's Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.2 In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact bosjudi's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. bosjudi will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

12.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body prescribed by bosjudi's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available from the bosjudi support team upon request.

12.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bosjudi with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of the parties.
